The price includes breakfast, Wi-Fi and free parking.

Well-behaved pets are welcome, accommodation is only available with type STANDARD we charge a fee of 11 € / night.
When the room is occupied for one night only will be charged a 50% surcharge.
When the room is occupied only by one person 25% discount.
City tax 1,7 EUR / 1 night / 1 person
Check-in from 2 pm until 10 pm, in July and August from 3 pm until 10 pm, Check-out until 10 am.
From October to May is every 7th night gratis.
Deposit:
Payment of 50% of the total accommodation to 10 days after booking is needed, after crediting the deposit in our account, the reservation becomes binding.
Cancellation conditions:
If there is canceled up to 10 days before arrival date will be refunded the entire deposit. If it’s canceled later, or in the guesthouse show, you will be charged 50% of the reservation.
